Lamborghini: From tractors to fast cars

Ferruccio Lamborghini (1916–1993) was a successful manufacturer of tractors. His wealth enabled him to buy fast luxury cars, such as a Ferrari.

When Lamborghini went to founder Enzo Ferrari himself and complained that the clutch didn’t work too well, Ferrari ignored him. So out of spite, Lamborghini started building his own cars and the rest is history.
